At Coffee-Direct.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your roast; if your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on opened packs unless there is a quality defect.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure the coffee remains in its original, vacuum-sealed packaging and is securely placed in a sturdy shipping box.

  Ship Item

  Send your package to our roasting facility using a tracked courier service to ensure safe and documented arrival.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the seal integrity, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
